  1. They might be a decent processor, but the way that they charge you AFTER you have supposedly cancelled their account is unreal. They have charged me for 6 months past the date that I called and "cancelled" my merchant account. They also refused to refund even part of what they had charged me that was unauthorized AND said they would charge me one more month. They are scam artists if you ask me.
